Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026 · Draft, not legal advice. To be reviewed by a lawyer before any mainnet or full commercial launch.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and login session records.
- Wallet data: if you use the wallet app, your public wallet address and your on-chain transactions, which are public by nature.
- Usage data: the prompts you submit, the results generated, the service used, timestamps and credit balance and history.
- Payment data: Stripe processes card payments. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your email, but never your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
We use this data to run the service, deliver your results, keep your balance and history, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your prompts for advertising.
Who we share it with (processors)
- xAI: receives your prompts to generate results.
- Stripe: handles payments.
- Render: provides hosting and the database.
- Resend: sends sign-in emails.
- Base network: stores on-chain transactions, which are public.
Each processor handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
We keep account, payment and usage records while your account is active, and longer where the law requires it (for example, tax records). You can ask us to delete your prompts and results. On-chain data can't be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to some processing. Email us to make a request.
Security
We use HTTPS, single-use sign-in links, HTTP-only session cookies, and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure.
