1. What ComputeCred is

ComputeCred ("we", "us") sells prepaid credits that pay for AI services on computecred.ai, such as chat, writing, research, coding, image generation and math computations. One credit pays for $1 of services at the prices listed on the site. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Credits are a prepaid utility, not an investment

3. Purchases and refunds

4. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, because you're responsible for activity on your account. If you use a wallet, you're solely responsible for its keys. We can't recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ComputeCred to:

We may refuse or stop any run, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and it may resemble other people's content. Check results before you rely on them, and don't use them as professional (medical, legal, financial) advice. As between you and us, you own the prompts you submit and, to the extent the law allows, the output you receive. You're responsible for how you use them.

7. Service availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change prices for future runs, change or remove services, or change these Terms, and we'll post updates here. Credits you've already bought will keep $1 of value per credit at the prices in effect when you spend them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. If we shut down the service, we'll give reasonable notice and, where the law requires it, refund unused purchased credits.
